Cecil Duffie

Cecil Duffie is an entrepreneur with twenty-five years of experience growing profitable companies.
Cecil's business career includes successful ventures in wireless telecommunications; distribution of hand held computers and RF bar-coding hardware, beverage manufacturing and distribution and supply chain management software and professional services. Prior to beginning his entrepreneurial career Cecil was a Vice President with the Robinson Humphrey Co., an Atlanta based investment banking firm, from 1977 until the firm was acquired by American Express in 1982. In 1982 Cecil co- founded Dial Page, a southeastern based provider of paging and cellular telephone service. Dial Page was acquired in 1995 by Nextel in a transaction valued at approximately $1 billion. In 1990 Cecil founded Beverage Properties Inc. and Independent Beverage Corp. manufacturers and distributors of both branded and private label beverages including Cadbury Schweppes products and Wal-Mart's Sam Choice line of beverages. The beverage operations were acquired by Cott Corporation the world's largest retailer brand (private label) soft drink provider with business dealings in more than 60 countries. In 2002 Cecil co-founded Supply Chain Holdings, LLC which acquired Cambar Software Inc.. Cambar (now known as Cambar Solutions, LLC) is a 25 year old provider of supply chain management software and professional services. Cambar's clients are primarily large enterprises including many Fortune 500 companies. Cambar's clients include Ingram Micro, Nestle Purina, Owens & Minor, Ross Laboratories, Hagemeyer N.A. and UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Cecil is a native of Greenville, SC and a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

Doug Walker

Doug Walker is a construction manager with 32 years of experience in commercial, industrial, institutional and residential construction.
Doug began his career in 1977 as a product manager/estimator with Threatt Michael Construction Company. Doug progressed to the position of project manager while at Threatt Michael and in 1985 founded Install Inc. which specialized in installation of doors, hardware, and building accessories for commercial, industrial and medical projects throughout the South East. After the sale of Install to a private individual in 1993 Doug joined York Construction Company as a project manager. In 1999 Doug joined Shelco Construction as VP/Project management. At Shelco Doug was responsible for all project operations including hourly employee's superintendents, project managers and subcontractors. Doug was also responsible for communications with architects/engineers to ensure compliance with project plans. In 2002 Doug formed Foundations Unlimited, LLC which specializes in commercial, industrial and residential foundations and poured in place concrete. Foundations Unlimited project clients include; Lowes (15 stores), multiple projects for BMW (manufacturing plant), Michelin, Daimler Chrysler, Wofford College and The Cliffs Communities. Over his career Doug has managed successful construction projects for clients such as; Firestone, Lockheed, Milliken and Company, Michelin, W.R. Grace, Singer, General Nutrition and Eaton-Cutler Hammer.
